This agreement is the official public offer of sole proprietor (FOP) Levko Andrii Tarasovych (individual tax number (IPN): 3788405971), hereinafter “the Seller”, to conclude a contract for the sale of goods through the online shop https://www.kavil.com.ua, hereinafter “the Online Shop”.
Placing an order on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by the Buyer.
1.1. This agreement is concluded between the Seller and any individual who has placed an order on the website.
1.2. The Seller has the right to amend this agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.
3.2. The terms of delivery, payment, return and warranty are set out in this agreement.
4.1. The Buyer selects the goods on the website independently.
4.2. Orders are placed via the website’s cart.
4.3. After placing an order, the Buyer receives an order confirmation by email or phone.
5.1. All prices on the website are stated in hryvnias (UAH) including VAT (where applicable).
5.2. Payment is made by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods.
5.3. The Buyer pays the cash on delivery fee at their own expense (where applicable).
6.1. Delivery is carried out within Ukraine: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, pickup.
6.2. The cost of delivery depends on the carrier and is paid by the Buyer.
6.3. Delivery time — in accordance with the terms of the delivery service.
7.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt.
7.2. A return is possible only if the goods have not been used and their original condition has been preserved.
7.3. Goods with a limited shelf life cannot be returned.
7.4. Return shipping is at the Buyer’s expense.
7.5. The money is refunded to the Buyer’s bank card within 5 working days after the goods are received back.
8.1. The Seller is not liable for the actions of delivery services.
8.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing the order.
9.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data.
9.2. The data is used solely for processing the order and for marketing purposes.

10.1. This agreement remains in force until the parties have fully performed their obligations.
10.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiation or, if this is not possible, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.
