📄 Terms of delivery, payment and returns

This section governs the procedure for placing orders, payment, delivery and returns of goods in the online shop https://www.kavil.com.ua.

🚚 Delivery

We deliver throughout Ukraine via:

• Nova Poshta — to a branch or by courier;
• Ukrposhta — to a branch;
• Pickup — Bohdana Khmelnytskoho St, 176, Lviv (by prior arrangement).

Delivery times:
Depending on the chosen service, usually 1–3 working days.

Delivery cost:
Calculated according to the rates of the chosen delivery service and paid by the customer.

💳 Payment

We work on a cash on delivery (COD) basis:

• You pay for the order on receipt at the branch or to the courier.
• The amount includes the cost of the goods and the delivery cost/cash on delivery fees (depending on the carrier).

🔁 Returns and exchanges

You have the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

✅ Conditions for return:

• The goods have not been used;
• The original condition and packaging have been preserved;
• There is a document confirming the purchase (an electronic receipt or SMS/Viber confirmation).

❌ The following cannot be returned:

• Products with a limited shelf life, in particular coffee products with a clearly marked use-by date.

🚚 Who pays for return shipping?

• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

💸 How are refunds made?

• The money is refunded to the buyer’s bank card within 5 working days after the goods are received back and their condition is checked.
