Self-service coffee machine: price and what’s included
A Kavil coffee shop with a Saeco Iperautomatica coffee machine costs from €2 599. The price depends on the machine: the Iperautomatica makes up to 70 cups a day, and the Jetinno JL300 over 200.
You choose the design, equipment and services in the configurator above, and the manager will give you the exact total after your request. 24-month equipment warranty as long as the location runs on Kavil ingredients, no royalties, up to 30 days from prepayment to the first cup.
Where the numbers come from
We calculate a realistic scenario, not a location’s best day. The same numbers are in the configurator and in the PDF.

Profit per month: cups a day × 19 ₴ × 30 days × number of locations.
As of 07.11.2026. We convert the coffee shop price from euros to hryvnias and divide it by the monthly profit: that’s the payback period.
Single social contribution (ESV), single tax and military levy for a group 2 FOP (sole proprietorship) per month. In a network, one FOP pays them, not each location, so several locations pay back faster.
A coin acceptor adds 20% to sales, a bill acceptor another 20%. We factor this into the payback period, but not above the machine’s maximum.

The model is simplified: rent and tax don’t go down with sales, so with low footfall the profit will be lower. In our model, a location covers its costs from about 10 cups a day. We’ll calculate it precisely for your city after your request.
